I was so very bad this weekend. I had actually been down a bit more in the earlier part of the week, but all my boozing set me back (and made me lazy). I need to cut that crap out! I will push myself to do two sets of ten lunges after my cardio routine tonight at the gym (might not sound like much, but that's alot for me..I can barely do five, if I'm keeping good form!).

I went a little crazy today for Cinco de Mayo (my diary is open..I ordered sensibly, but ended up eating chips and finishing my bf's carne asada! lol). Then I took a three hour tequila induced nap. However, I'm feeling quite refreshed now. I'm going to hydrate and hit the gym within the next hour!

I typically crave chocolate more than "something sweet". I go for super dark to get all the chocolately goodness for the least amount of calories/carbs. My favorite can be found at Whole Foods - it's Endangered Speices 88% cocoa... I break off one little squre and make it last over a few bites. Mmmm..so good :)

My goal today is to get in a bit of extra strenght training. I'm going to an extra set of leg and arm sets at the gym (after my cardio work out) and do AT LEAST 10 burpees when I get home. (I can't do those in public at this point! Someone might call 911...) lol Wish me luck! :)

My challenge for today will be to take the stairs in my building throughout the day (except leaving, since I work on 22nd floor!). Our company has floors up to 10 stories above mine, and one below, so I'll make the elevator off limits to myself when running between floors today.

My commitment today is to not eat past 7:00pm. I'm going to eat dinner as soon as I get home, cook dinner for my boyfriend (and my lunch tomorrow) then hit the gym. I worked out for an hour on the elliptical and walked for about 15 mins on the treadmill to cool down. I did go out with all my friends and drank 2 bottled waters only! I did not have any midnight snacks when I got home! :)
