I haven't weighed myself since Friday, because this weekend was far from ideal, but everything is logged and I'm mentally prepared for cracking down on myself this week! Sorry, I'm weighing in late - 185.5 lbs. (+0.1 from last week). Pretty much holding steady, so I need to get my butt in gear and stop giving in to eating everything in sight anytime I have an event or outing. That said, tonight's a friend's birthday, so we'll see how I do!!

Congrats on hitting 50 lbs!! That is an amazing accomplishment! And good for you on getting out there and pushing yourself this morning..I'll think about that when I'm worn out and running through my list of excuses to not work out tonight!
