  • Thank you dailyorange! I'm proud to report that I've lost 1 more pound (7 lbs. total) and 0.5 inches since my last weigh-in/measurements. (That's 6.25 inches) All of this since Feb. 9, 2011.   • I've lost 1 pound! I want to say it's because I did JM 30DS this week. It seems that's the only time I lose any amount of weight. I've also dropped 0.5 in. Just wanted to share that with you all! (I really do honestly think it's because of JM30DS)

  • Sorry for the weird sizes. It's the best I could do. I personally can't see a change between the 1st 2 pics but according to measurements I had lost about 3 inchs total all over.   • @ joip: I'm not following a diet specifically. I just try to watch my calories and my carbs as well. I find if I keep my calories and carbs under my goal set by MFP, I lose about 2 lbs per week.
