At present, I'm 140 lbs. And, I'm 5 ft tall. (Yep, I'm kinda short!) My goal is to be at 115 lbs like I was in high school. calorie help.
I have yet to eat the 1260 calories recommended for me. I have only ate 710 today. But, I'm not hungry. Plus I've burned over 200 calories from just some leisurely walking with my hunny and a playful time with my little sister. What do you guys suggest I do? Make myself eat the rest of my calories or what? I'm so confused.
