I'm wanting to start a Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred Challenge on 08/01/11. Sign-ups will be until 07/31/11. We will have a weekly update of inches/pounds lost. I'm in need of motivation to stay with this weight loss journey. So, if you want to jump on the band wagon with me, sign up. Like I said, sign-ups will close on 07/31/11. C'mon y'all!!

I'm starting mine today, but if you don't mind, I'd like to join you! (I may even go an extra week to finish with you guys!) I've started and stopped 30DS for about a year now. I really want to finish it straight through. Thank you for starting this0

Ok guys, I hope you all started 30DS today. I did mine. Whew, I'm beat.
I'm starting out at 135.
My waist is 31 inches.
My hips are 38 inches.
What are yours? Let's see if we can get those numbers down.
Our check-in day will be on Mondays. But you can check in every single day if you want.
