This sounds like fun. Leslie Sansone is also available on YouTube for those of you who can't get the DVD. There is a 5 mile video that I use every night before I go to bed. It incorporates walking and a few other simple moves. It's pretty good.

Ok guys, I hope you all started 30DS today. I did mine. Whew, I'm beat. I'm starting out at 135. My waist is 31 inches. My hips are 38 inches. What are yours? Let's see if we can get those numbers down. Our check-in day will be on Mondays. But you can check in every single day if you want. Have fun!

I only took my measurements for my waist and hips today. It's hard to take measurements of yourself on your arms and stuff. Waist: 31 in. Hips 38 in. I currently weigh 137 lbs. I feel so awful. I didn't think my measurements were that bad. Ugh. I'm so going to fix this!!!

Im on day 3 level 1. I can tell its a little easier for me but I still break a sweat on level 1. Its definitely a great workout though. Does anyone do any other types of exercise along with it? I haven't lost any weight but only after 3 days of JM30DS I can tell a slight difference. Compared to my very first pictures, I can tell a big difference.
