Oooooh i've never seen these challenges before! So far i've done 6.5 hours of actual gym work on the bike, and about 2.5 hours of walking pushing my baby girl, that leaves me 15 hours left for the month. Lets see how i manage!

I've started breaking my day down into time frames. Hi Natalie Your headache could be down to lack of fluid. Make sure you drink plenty of water during and after your workout.
