It's only unrealistic if you expect to do it in a month. Your post doesn't mention what you're doing for exercise (?), but all weight loss boils down to this: burn more calories than you consume. That's true whether you make an effort to work out or not. I lost 30 lbs. at a rate of about 10 lbs. per month doing nothing…

I would say you're in great shape. Don't get too fixed on specific numbers because what you do for exercise can really impact them. I am 6'0", weight 158, waist 30, hips 37, bust 36. I do a lot of swimming and cycling, so I don't think I'm going to get much smaller!
