Soup, salads with avocado or egg , poached egg on toast, houmous and carrot sticks, banana on toast, jacket potato and beans or cottage cheese.

Spinach and chickpea soup and a weightwatchers chic pot. The soup was from a tin so not as healthy as homemade but not too bad

2 poached eggs on a slice of whole meal toast with marmite. Filling and delicious!
