Okay first weigh in today! I am at 179.8. I was sick last week so I am guessing that is why I lost so much...going to try to get back to my normal work out and eating routine this week.

I was just thinking that my biggest downfall is snacking...and at night after work I can't help but do it while watching TV because I get so preoccupied with the thought of eating something that the thoughts don't go away until I actually eat! I don't crochet but I do cross stitch and I think I will try this idea...maybe…

I have the same problem! Yesterday my fiance and I decided to buy a Hershey bar and I ate two squares and he ate the rest. About 35 calories for 2 squares, plus I couldn't be tempted to eat more because my fiance ate the rest lol.

A far as those of you who have been mentioning cutting out sugar in coffee, what do you think of using a sugar substitute such as Splenda or Truvia?
