Every journey starts somewhere! You're ahead just by taking the first step! If you (or anyone else!) need support, add me as a friend!

I love Insanity and Turbo Fire. It really depends on what you are looking for. Turbo Fire is more of an intense, fast paced, fun, energetic work out and Insanity is more intense and like athletic drills. Good luck on your journey! Add me for support, if you wish. Anyone!

Yes, I have when sick. It's more important to take care of yourself! Body definitely telling you that you need to rest. Kill it when you feel better :)

Doing fantastic! Awesome!

Amazing and fantastic! I don't know you, but I am so proud of you! How inspirational!

Two kids under 4, work, home, preschool craziness, etc - I go from the time my toes hit the floor (just like everyone else) I definitely am burnt out, but I just need a good vacation.

The first time around, I was able to use exercise to beat it. I've always enjoyed exercise and it has always been therapeutic to me.. but.. the most recent time? I had to be put on a low dose medication. The depression was suffocating me and I'm so glad that I talked to my doctor about it and was put on medication. I can…

In my opinion, a diet is a strong restriction of food until one reaches a goal and then stops and returns to previous. Changing your eating habits so you make better choices for life - it's a lifestyle change, not a "diet". And yes, what you eat is technically your "diet' but stating are dieting as opposed to what your…

I don't "diet". Every time I would "diet" and restrict too much, I would crash and burn. I finally decided my diet is too restricting as it is (between food allergies and medical issues) and I just eat smarter and make a life style change. I set my calories and carbs, if I want something I have it, but I'm smart about it…

Hi there! I'm not a breakfast person either, but as long as I have a whole wheat bagel thin or whole wheat english muffin, I feel like I'm good. Some times, I hard boil eggs and keep them in the fridge so I can just grab one and add it in the morning too. Soups are great, but they are a lot of sodium! Be careful! I think…

It's not pathetic! It's 3 minutes you didn't do yesterday. The first time I ever did the stepper machine at the gym I lasted a whopping 90 seconds and so did my friend, who weighed about 120 pound at the time. It's about endurance, not about being pathetic. Gradually add per day. I worked my way up to an hour on that…

Having a great support system. Like the fellow said, there are support groups on Facebook, but my biggest support group was this right here. I found people doing the same programs with the same goals I had and checking in constantly is a huge help. It's nice to have that person to talk to when you are feeling like quitting…

Are you measuring yourself? Inches come off before pounds - it's very frustrating, but definitely measure. It's the only way I stayed on track before the pounds really started to shed. I saw inches go before the pounds. Hang in there! Also, believe it or not your need to be taking more calories in! You can hurt your…

From September, right before I found out I was pregnant, when I reached the most weight lost......

Awesome! It's a fantastic way to keep track of things, and using it last year I stayed true to my goals. Without it, I think I would have ended up where I always do. I think the biggest thing is to stay true to your calorie counting and eating well. Even at home yoga, at home workout program, walking once a day, will help…

A number on the scale doesn't define who you are. If you want to let it define anything, let it define the course of action you take from here on out. Everyone is here for the same reason, to be healthier. Set your goals, get addicted to my fitness pal with logging your food (yes, it becomes an addiction...maybe it was…

Yes you can lose weight! It's hard and it sucks, but here is what works for me... I not only watch my calories but my carbs per meal and snack. I also work out 5-6 days a week. I NEVER lost weight that stayed off until I watched the carbs to control the insulin (which goes hand in hand with PCOS). Everyone is different,…

I have asthma. Most times, I just use my inhaler before I start because I know what will come and things work out just fine. That works for me!
-
Everyone is different, but I lose weight better when I watch carbs. So I count my calories and my carbs per meal. If I just count calories and say "screw carbs" I don't lose weight. You've invested so much time and energy just to throw away your hard work. Hang in there! Sometimes the smallest tweak can prove to be the…

Cat and Mouse - Red Jump Suit Apparatus and Man in the Box - Alice in Chains Two very different songs from 2 very different eras. We dated in 1995, but were friends up until the end... he died about 5 years ago.

Huge fan... can't wait until November...

Aerosmith, every time I saw them. Brad Paisley, both times I saw him. The others in between were great, but the above 2 stick in my head like yesterday.

My friend from high school who ate whatever she wanted, was a size 9/10 and taller. Now, she's 33 and a size 18/20 and still thinks she can eat whatever she wants. It catches up. Don't be jealous.

LMAO!

It's called portion control and eating more filling things. I'm on 1500 a day and I don't really ever find myself hungry, wishing I had more.
-
Holy crap! What a fantastic post, thank you for sharing :)
-
that sounds awesome!

Turbo Fire has 15-25 min HIITs in it. Today was the 15 min one and someone seriously needed to mop me up off the floor when I was done. Whew!
-
So inspirational! Thank you so much for posting, you look amazing!

I don't hide it, I just don't mention it. Mainly because I don't want to feel like I'm fishing cause then I get "but you're not fat" and statements like that. We all gotta do it our own ways :)
