So many people ask 'What do I do now?' in situations like that and I dont understand why they do that. Keep going; isn't that obvious? You got a goal, you got your way to that goal and what you also got are ups and downs. Just keep your head up high and not sink into the puddle of 'I can't do this'. :)

I heard it gets the metabolism going and therefore you burn more calories during normal day activities, but if you wake up that close to lunch time anyways... What I just said was just a rumour basically, soooo... do what feels right to you, that's basically always the best way.

I use quick added cals to plan my day, later replacing them with what I actually ate- That way I know jsut how much I am allowed to snack and also keep enough cals for a good dinner :)
