DON'T push, muscle pain means: The cells are slightly damaged. No big issue though! Just let it heal, train something that doesn't hurt maybe or jsut take a break. Oh my I love green tea, it's my tea of choice! I grew up drinking black tea and some herbal teas, but when I tasted green tea the first time I hated it. Then I tasted again and kind of liked the bitterness, aaaand now it's my favourite tea ever. So yes, it did grow on me.

My anti-junk food method is weird but it works for me: I have it right here, infront of me. And when it's there... I don't have the urge to eat it. Well, I do have like one day a week when I eat over my 1200 cals, but a few on which I eat less, always work out the say way everyday. I'm pretty skinny already and it won't come off. I gave up after a few months of this plateau. Just staying to make sure not to gain any weight again. So for me it's very, very true.

There's a McDonald's food phenomenon with me: The less I eat it the less I crave it. Ever made a berger by yourself? Buy some buns, some lettuce, tomatos, ketchup and some meat and make your patties- then you know how damn bad McDonald's is and would rather not eat there, ever. Well, that's my anti-McDo tactic.

This happens to me a lot, when I am just hungry I stuff myself with low calorie food like fruit, which also gives lots of vitamins, thus the best thing to binge on if you ask me. Do you drink enough? Have the opinion of an outsider: America is so weird. So weight obsessed and yet unhealthy, it's like 50% are super or too slim and the other 50% are fat. What's going on? Oh geez, sugar. It's so hard to keep an eye on your sugar intake because there is so much hidden sugar in all kinds of food. Too much sugar of course isn't good, it's in everything so not eating is a good way to avoid sugar. But don't do that. If you want to cut down on sugar just don't eat cookies everyday and avoid stuff…
