2.45 miles walk on my lunch during this beautiful fall day! :glasses: Had to take my jacket off because it got too warm. Doubt I'll be saying that again anytime soon. :laugh: Rain in the forecast for the next three then a high of 28???!! :frown: Hope to keep it going though.... 48.75 mtd

Another motivation - the MYA(Move Your *kitten*) Challenge. Just set a goal on the amount of miles you plan on walking in a month, post daily, weekly, whenever and they keep a spreadsheet. The people on there are very inspiring and motivational.

I've lost 33 pounds since May, I believe it is mainly because of walking. My husband and I live 36 miles from work, he has to be at work an hour before me. Bacon, boiled eggs, chicken breast, pork chop. I cook these and cut them into bit size pieces. Also, cut up tomatoes, onions and a head of lettuce. Put them in their own zip lock bags and you have breakfast and lunch for a couple of days.
