I've been having the same problem. The entire last month I have been logging religiously and hitting the gym 5 times a week. The scale has pretty much bounced between the same 4 pounds the entire time but my BF % is down 5%. I'm at the top of that 4 pounds right now and it is not a fun place to be.

Definitely with you on this. I'm stressing about the dress. I ordered it two sizes smaller than I was and am totally freaked out that I may not make it. The woman who ordered the dress was going insane when I told her the size I wanted but it only gave me more motivation.

Thanks for the ideas guys! Currently at my desk doing some stretches and water bottle is in the freezer. Flexing my foot feels fine but trying to point is a total pain. Hopefully it'll work itself out if I keep it up.

Definitely motivating! I had to buy it so early because during a bridal expo I won $1000 gift card for my favorite dress designer and it expired at the end of February - could not let it go to waste! I purchased it a month ago and I'm already down one size so I'm not too concerned with getting to a size 8 by next March :)…

I will definitely be sending over a friend request! I'm getting married March 2015 and recently bought my dress. Purposely asked them to order it two sizes smaller than I currently am and the sales woman about had a heart attack. Super motivated to prove her wrong!

Thanks, I have been measuring once a week and I am down an inch from my hips and a quarter of an inch from my waist since last week. I understand weight fluctuates but this overnight loss put me at the lowest weight I've been in the last year.

5'6" 145lbs 37.5-29.5-39.5 Just bought my wedding dress at the below dimensions, so hopefully this is where I'll be in 6 months. 36-28-39

Thanks for the insight guys, I will definitely try to up my calories as I keep going. So far haven't had any hunger pains or mood swings lately but they may come as I keep going.

Hi Ladies! I'm getting married March 7 2015 and just bought my dress... two sizes too small (purposely) to motivate myself to lose. Anyone else make a similar move?
