Actually...there really is NO good way to "spot" reduce. It's all a matter of losing body fat. Any type of cardio activity will do best for that. Your body will lose fat all over if you just increase the cardio.

I'm new to MFP...but have to chime in on this one!! I am a Body Pump instructor and totally recommend it. I fint that if I try to lift weights on the floor, half the time I wander around trying to think of WHAT to do and then I don't do it long enough to do any good. A strength training class such as Body Pump makes it FUN…
