I do eat breakfast now. I never use to. Maybe that's part of the problem, I'mnot use to breakfast yet. I eat on a weird schedule all day because I go to school and that's just how my classes fall. I'm going to try to eat more little things all day long. Thanks for everything :)

I'm counting my calories and made a lot of healthier choices in my cooking today. If I go over, I go over- if I don't have some goodies every once in a while I will eventually gorge and not stop. I also made sure I exercised today- and I skipped breakfast.

I feel your stress, too. I have 3 kids (1 teen, 1 tween and a 6 yr old- all girls) and I'm attending school full time. It's hard to carve out time for exercise and studying. Don't give up! This is a set back but you can do it.

I'm the same way! I turn red very easily, too. I'm Irish with a bit of Scottish.... has to be the heritage :-)

You'll be seeing results very soon I'm sure, don't give up now!! It takes time.... wait another week and see how it goes. Also I was told that if you eat the same type of foods all the time you'll platuea with your weight.

try vitamin pills- especially the one for calcium ... it might be better in calories and still give you the calcium you need

I have the 30 day shred and one of the BL, too. Both are pretty hard but worth it! I'll bring the BL one Tuesday- it has 10 minute workouts which just might kill us :D

I found this recipe that the kids love Veggie tacos 2 cans kidney beans (undrained) 1 bottle b-b-q sauce 1 packet chili seasoning Mix it all in the slow cooker until hot and serve over corn chips, etc with toppings of your choice. they also love this: B-B-Q Chicken 1 can diet cola 1 C catchup 4 boneless skinless chicken…
