mmmm. I LOVE juicing. It's a great way to sneak some extra veggies in, too! :)

Toasted with any type of nut-butter!! Especially almond butter or chunky peanut butter :) Sometimes I like tofutti on my bagel too.... but only when I have the $$ to splurge a little.

I agree! I have brown hair and was recommended to use baby powder from a lighter-haired friend some time ago. You can tell that it's there with darker hair. Almost as if you have a clump of greys near your roots (at least in my experience.)

As above poster stated, different things can cause this. I have heard that vitamin-B deficiency as well as vitamin-D can cause leg cramping. i'm not sure what else can though. I would suggest talking with your GP about your symptoms. He/she may suggest a supplement or dietary change. :)

this might not be relevent, but I love bran-mufins. lol

I don't think so. I am vegan so I haven't done QUITE that......but I have spend my calories (mostly) on a vegan froyo alternative. XD I didn't gain anything. Also... my 89 year old grandmother has eaten frozen yogurt for lunch nearly every day ever since I can remember, so I figure as long as you count the calories you're…

I also have long and thick hair. I don't shampoo more than 3x a week. I do rinse and condition nearly every day though. (At least every day that I work out) If it's a non work out day I will use dry shampoo!

I will be your friend! :) I am new though. Gonna be 23 in a month.

Agreed. Very well-said.

Since going vegan, my grocery bills have actually decreased. The proteins that i consume now (beans, lentils, nuts, seeds...and the occasional tempeh--because it's a little more spendy) are actually A LOT more affordable than meat. I buy plenty of produce, but I don't buy all organic. I make sure to buy my "Dirty Dozen"…

gonna sound cliche... but, water !! c:

I find that I'm a bit heavier a day or two before my TOM, but only slightly. Just water weight, I figure. I usually don't notice that it's gone until a day or so after my visitor leaves.
