haha thanks! That's funny because afterwards we went out for lunch. the waitress came over to our table and said "Those guys over there want to know what's up with your attire" and my friend told her to "tell them we did each others' make up today."

A mixture of whatever lettuce you have on hand and chopped cabbage. Chop up some carrots, celery, onion, tomatoes. Add in some nuts for protein and healthy fat. Asian vinaigrette dressing.

Way to go! Every day that you say "no" to lighting up is a big victory! In all reality -- I was a pack-and-a-half-a-day-smoker for about 7 years, until a year ago when I finally quit! It's not easy to do, but every day it gets easier :)

I'm not sure how many other things you tried before resorting to laxatives, but there are a lot of gentler ways to relieve constipation. A cup of coffee, prunes or prune juice, saltwater. CIGARETTES? WHY WOULD YOU SMOKE when you could just huff paint thinner? Fill up your water bottle and the fitness attendants at the gym wont know the difference when you're taking a whiff!!!!!

I have the same calorie goal and am under on some days. I'm also over on some days too! I think it evens out. I'm loosing, but not at an alarming rate, just a slow, steady, HEALTHY one :) If that souds like you, I doubt there's reason to worry ;)

peanut butter! Its soo yummy on pancakes! If you put it on when there hot it gets all melty. I usually top it with strawberries and blueberries tooo. so good!

haha! I've actually never tried, but my best friend SWEARS by it. It actually seems to work for her too. I'm more of a just plain water gal in all reality.. it just didn't seem as fun to post XD
