I have this a lot! Just take any kind of fruit you have in the house, so apples, strawberries, blueberries- whatever! And eat them mixed with yogurt! I biked like everyday in the summertime last year! It's actually really good for your legs, and what I like is that sometimes you don't even realize your working out your legs! Try biking with a friend :)
