  • Really numbed, gain 1.6lb. Not that I ate bad yesterday. I was a,little under my daily calorie in take. As many ppl were saying I am too low on my food intake I tried to do that. Feeling really discouraged.... Anyways, done with my day 5 level 2 on 30 DS. Getting ready to go for my walk after lunch.

  • Yes I guess you are right. I have to increase my food intake, specially protien. I take around 85/95 gm a day. I am just too scared to eat. I know it's as bad as overheating... But I have always struggled with my weight. This time I want to nail it. Thanks for taking the time and replying
