My recommendation is no. If you want to do something use body weight exercises to build stamina and endurance-squats, push ups, planks. Jump rope bike, run these all require strength to perform accuately. Hope this helps! Stef

Hi! My personal and professional recommendation is to get a heart rate monitor that shows calories burned also. You get a much more accurate calorie burn and you can monitor your intensity and endurance! Polar is my favorite but you can try a sportsline from Sports Auth. Did I hear you need a butt kicking? LOL Back at lil bro and the achiness will diminish. The fact that you do start to loss muscle afer 48 hours is true but it comes back quickly- muscle memory!:bigsmile:

The Zumba is an awesome cardio endurance builder and I would do both. Adding cardio 30 minutes daily will do nothing but improve your fitness level and help you get healthier faster. Go for it!

Bee, Breast tissue is composed of fat tissues, so if your losing weight(fat)u will lose some inches. I lost 2.5 and I was only 36.5 inches. I have lost 4% body fat in the last 9 months!!! Go for the p90x you will build strength and endurance in all areas of your fitness. The idea is to "do your best". In time you will see result and strength gains. Good Luck

Genie First if you can buy a HR monitor I just go a new one from polar and it is awesome! Second under exercise is kickboxing including turbo fire thats the one I use and its pretty accurate as far as burn. I LOVE Turbo fire!:love: Hope this helps! Stef

If you have gone over your calories just even it out by exercising more or at a higher intensity the next few days. Don't reduce your calories just get back in line for your daily goal. Eating cleaner(fruits& veggies little fats) will also help. I speak from experience I too go over board certain days and just toss good…
