This has happened to me... had to walk home 3 miles from the gym in 100 degree weather so I took my shirt off. Wound up stopping traffic. lol I chose to ignore the childish/immature part of it and take it as a compliment that they thought I was worth the fuss.

I do weight training and cardio along with a gluten-free diet and I can tell you that it's normal for me, from time to time, to stay at the same weight or gain a little for 2-3 weeks and then all of the sudden drop 6-8 lbs in the next week.
