Hi, I was planning on doing something similar to this. I was planning on doing the 30 day shred 3 times a week and a longer DVD such as Davina McCalls times I week. I reckon it should be fine, as the 30 day shred is meant to be done everyday anyway, so replacing 2 days a week with c25k and rest day seems plausible to me.…
