very inspirational post, I have lost and regained on and off for the last few decades, so now am trying to loose and work on all the 'other' issues, so as not to regain what I am loosing this time. I can now admit that I am an emotional eater. I am a work in progress.

2.5 mile walk yesterday, i will challenge myself to 40 miles for the month of June.
