  • Got some more inspiration over the weekend on a Teen Retreat! I volunteer with a group of teens that belong to a cancer support group called Lasting Impressions. The pic is one of the teens impersonating me at Camp last year. These guys rock!

  • Thankful for a great day with HAW> Honesty, Attitude, Water!!
  • 2 key pieces here! One: you are exactly right, YOU have to do it for YOURSELF!! Two: Habits are HARD to change! but changeable. Take me for example, I had the weight of 360 pounds and 33 years of adult bad habits. The last 4 years it has been a challenge, but I am winning the battle to overhaul my life and change…
  • I am presently in reboot mode, retooling my body. When I hit my first major plateau a few years ago I new it would come but it was not easy. Focus on the progress you have made and please continue to push through. I promise it will be worth it. I lost almost 160 pounds so I know you can push through this. Here are 2 short…
  • Measure, take photos, and always be honest with yourself. Good Luck. I lost over 150 lbs a few years ago and am 'rebooting' now. Honesty and attitude go a long way with diet and exercise. Its a journey! TheFatGuyTheFitGuyTheBEAST
  • Well stated. TheFatGuyTheFitGuyTheBEAST
  • I eat 5-7 times a day. I lost 150 pounds doing it and am now in a reboot stage as I have put on a good bit of muscle and dealt with some family loss in my wifes family. Eating not more than 3-4 hours apart is a big deal starting with breakfast. I try to keep each meal in the 200-300 calorie range. Good Luck on your…
