OMG 1 bite! I can't believe u stopped there I would have eaten 6, besides its your daughters creation.........would be rude not to try. Can't believe u stayed off carbs for 3 months how have u managed this???????????? Big pat on the back for some fab weight loss.

Same here guys, slight cramps but nothing, I've gone from no exercise to almost daily and reduced calorie intake, but hate periods so hope this a good thing. Defo not pregnant..........I hope!

Hi out of curiosity what do you put these under for exercise and calories burnt, and do you include warm ups as part of the minutes exercised? Any help gratefully received I mean the shed and shred or ripped in 30 etc, cheers

HI, I heard that your body can get used to a certain routine, you may need to shake up you exercise routine a bit more intense cardio interval training, also are you eating enough calories for your exercise routine eg. your body may be going into starvation mode and maintaining calories. Or alternatively have you adapted…
