Took a few days to recover from a nasty sinus/bronchial infection. Back at it tomorrow. I'm planning to pick up where I left off with Day 7, but I'll reassess and see if I need to stay at level one a few extra days to make up for it.

And gotten myself into this weird headspace where I honestly believed that the only way I'd be physically able to get decent results is by doing the program perfectly. Like the whole "Lose 20 pounds in 30 days" etc is some conditional magic bullet. That's such a hard mindset…
