I wonder if the reason MFP adds extra is because after we are done working out... while our heart rate is still up anyway... we are still burning a few calories? Just a thought.

I had been DREADING the feast bc I always go off the deep end. I went to the gym in the am and added about 400 calories to my 1350 daily allowance so that helped. I always go over too! The food choices that I am making are naturally high in protien. (Chicken is the big one) I am assuming that the number it gives us is the minimum amount it wants us to have - but it is confusing bc when it goes in the RED - you think "OH NO!!" Do you know if it is bad if the protein goes in the red. I am on my 11th day and every single day I have MORE Protein than my little tracker says.
