Air popped popcorn. Or you can make popcorn in the microwave by using a brown lunch bag. Put in 1/3 cup kernels. fold the bag down. Place in microwave and set on popcorn setting. When finished season with Molly Mcbutter. When cool. Put in a zip lock bag.

Have you set your calorie goal for your day? Maybe you are not getting enough and that is why you feel tired by the time you get home. Thanks. You have mentioned that MFP should send a message when under 1200 cal. There have been just a few days that I was under 1200 and it did not say anything.

I know stress or the fear of the unknown makes me over eat. But sometimes I wonder if it is the lack of sleep that I get that makes me eat.
