If it was consistently bad, MAYBE I'd say something. And by consistent, I mean well over a week. But a few days here and there? No, I wouldn't say anything because it's rude. You don't know what is going on in their life. Maybe they're trying to wean themselves off fast food. Or they've had a very stressful or busy day. I…

A lot of kids are overweight these days. It's sad that parents don't or maybe don't know how to teach healthy eating habits, or aren't home enough because they have to work so much to keep a roof over their kids heads that they're not home to teach them healthy eating habits. Also, yeah, the pants in childrens fit really…

I could nearly fit two of me in a size 3 shorts from Hot Topic. Forever 21, I usually am too small for a X-S. Same with Target's T-shirts. At Victoria's Secret, I swim in the X-S tops. And they measured me at a 32C. Like seriously? You can tell from my profile picture, that is not even close. I'm a small girl, but c'mon.…

Absolutely do it! You're worth it! I'm sure you're a wonderful mom to all your children. Treat yourself. :)

I post and log every day! I'll add you!

My mother did Isagenix because she was having a hard time sticking to regular dieting after she had my brother and hadn't lost the baby weight for going on about four years. She dropped about 35 pounds in three months. She swore by it then, but has since changed her stance of it and said it was really unhealthy. She's now…

I love Vega One. You usually have to get it at a Health Food store, but it's worth it. Tastes amazing.

I shop in the children's section, no joke. Almost all of my workout clothes are from the children's section, where I wear a L/XL. I get MED to XL tops (depends on the cut). And the pants vary DRASTICALLY and I can fit anywhere from a 12 to 16 in childrens. And I'm only 6 pounds underweight according to the BMI scale.

My boyfriend for sure has a fast food addiction. He goes anywhere from 1 to 3 times a day. It's still possible to lose weight doing so which he has which is making a little bit better choices or exercising to compensate.

I may have been a little over confident in my goal, but I'm still trying!

I eat junk food almost every day. Anywhere from 50 calories to 500 calories of junk if I really feel I need it. Work it into your calorie goals, and try to eat as healthy as possible for the rest of your calories. My diary is open, you can see how I do it. It's best to measure it out first though. Don't sit down with a big…

I guess it depends on the margarine used? I use Earth Balance, Smart Balance Light, and Nucoa (sp?). Love them all.

Added more from over the weekend.

GOD NO! I've had three kids, most of my diet consists of carbs, and my stomach is pretty damn tight. Love me all the carbs.

Lots of reasons. One, maybe she's into a man (or a group of men, or the man she is with) who IS into really skinny women Two, maybe she's into women and what certain men find attractive doesn't matter to her. Three, maybe SHE likes being super skinny for HERSELF. I like being skinny for ME and ME ONLY. If my partner didn't…

I had very similar things happen to me in my childhood, and I reacted in a similar sense by starving and binging on and off for years on end it seems to the point that I've fallen into some low weights where I should have been hospitalized. I'd like to add you as a friend so we can support each other. :)

As someone who has been in a polyamorous (I stress POLYAMOROUS and not OPEN RELATIONSHIP), I would have to say that the term "honest cheating" doesn't make much sense. If you're cheating, it's not honest. My husband and I have been together for about five years. I have a long term boyfriend right now of about a year and a…

I have lost the weight from all three of my children. My youngest is four, so it wasn't within the last three years, but I still think I should chime in. I lost the weight differently for each baby. For my first, I went from 115 to 167; gained 52 pounds. I lost the weight from my first very slow and steady. I would play…

I've always believed that weight matters because you're moving that much weight with you. The less you weigh theortically it's less effort to do the same exercise as someone moving more weight than you.

I off and on play DDR usually at the later hours of the night, and I live on the second story. If my neighbors complained, I would for sure stop, but they've never said anything, so I'm thinking that I don't make as much noise as I think I do.

Oreo's and soda. I feel like almost everything else I eat is really healthy except for these damn oreo's and soda that I feel I MUST have.

Got .75 of a mile in on my break!

Ooh, might want to not post things of this nature. Telling women are are thin that are not beautiful is a slippery slope. Not everyone who is thin is thin by choice. I get what you meant, but coming from someone who is very thin, it's very counter productive to say that thin women are not beautiful. There is no wrong way…

I'm 5'5". My highest weight has been 167, and my lowest weight was 96. However, at my highest weight, I was pregnant, so my highest weight not being pregnant would be about 155 right after I had my first son.

Chia Pudding! You can use any kind of milk, but I use Flax Milk, so that it's an Omega-3 powerhouse. You mix the milk with chia seeds, and stir occasionally then refridgerate. After an hour or more, it's like a pudding with little pops of chia seeds in it. You can add a little sweetener to it (I've used jam, agave nectar,…
