I'm so behind on my goal. :(

2. I used to eat this stuff ALL THE TIME when I was restricting. Some of it is okay, but most of it just gross. DO NOT try the peanut butter. It's grossly artifically sweet.

Beans, TVP, soymilk, vegan protein powder, tofu and sunflower/soybean butter.

The reason I say it's far extreme than going vegan is because I did both, at the same time. I was mad woman reading and rereading ingredients. It's difficult, and I saw little to no reward for my health. Everyone is different, but I personally didn't care for it.

I use Vega One Berry flavor in oatmeal sometimes. If I add in some fruit, I don't even really notice it and there is no weird texture.

Vegan is extreme? Man, giving up sugar would be extreme at least for me personally. And white flour. Mmmm.

I really need to pick up the pace and here and get out more!

You said you were eating dairy to get more protein? How about beans, tofu, or lentils? I'm fairly certain they have less fat than dairy espicially cheese.

I miss booze. 5 1/2 weeks sober.

Protein bars are easier to digest? Protein? No, that's not right. http://woman.thenest.com/digests-first-protein-carbohydrates-fat-10342.html

I have about 315g a day. I'd say it's high because I'm vegan and most of what I eat is carbs.

I log it all. Every bit. Condiments, spices, whatever. Every calorie counts. I don't know how people aren't logging ketchup. Seriously. It adds up.

The only ones I know off hand are XMR. He has a few others, but I don't recall what they are. I guess he just went hogwild and did a bunch of free trials.

It looks like it's a combination of b vitamins and amino acids.

I feed a family of five on a budget between $500 to $550. Most of my grocery list is vegetables, fruit, beans, rice, pasta, bread, tortillas, and tofu. Stick to things like that, it will go very far on a tight budget.

I was horrified when I went to Subway the other day and this woman complained about her bread being "flat" (they squish it when they slice it, but whatever), AFTER the worker had already put meat in it. She then took the meat out and but the bread BACK IN THE CONTAINER. As a vegan, that's disgusting. I'm never going to…

I quit drinking about five weeks ago. It has really helped me stay more on top of my nutrition and fitness goals.

I understand that you just want to "look good" for right now since you're 19, and I honestly felt the same way until my mid-twenties. And then I had to start working in factory jobs because money get tight. And I realized that exercise was way more about "looking good in my clothes" and more about physical strength.…

Added everything from over the weekend

I used to exercise high in the past. As long as you're not completely out of it, I'd say it's okay?

She can only get better if she wants to get better. And it's way beyond just food. She can go to an IP or OP program, eat well, gain a good amount of weight, but can turn around because the mindset never went away. I've been struggling with an eating disorder for 13 years, and my weight goes from the low 90s to the high…

Uh, how do you define what is "high" for anorexics? 800 is still pretty low espicially going on for a long period time. At my lowest weights, I was eating up to 900 calories a day. And I was pretty damn sick.

I had a Mirenu IUD for three years. No, it doesn't cause weight gain. At all. It increases appetite most likely, but it cause not CAUSE weight gain.

I hated most every food when I was pregnant with my last baby for the first four months or so. I barely gained any weight and lost in the beginning. I ate a lot of Lara Bars which was the best way to get good nutrients. A lot of protein bars are pretty calorie dense. I'd suggest any of them that you can stomach.

The treadmill I use at the gym has an "Alpine Loop." I vary the top speed and incline every time I use it, so it's like a slightly different work out every time. Keeps me entertained. :P

I take walks on my morning breaks. It's not a lot, but it's something. When I worked in a building with stairs, I took the stairs every time I had to go from floor to floor (and I walked every break, so I'd use the stairs down and up each time, and to and from the lunch room). At your desk, you could use ankle weights, and…

OMG I'm in love with this!
