Whats your main protein source?

Eggs, lean meat, dairy and whey protein powder here. Also nuts (and nut butters) and beans to a degree, but not as much so due to the carb count in the beans, and the sheer number of calories in the nuts.0

Chicken, tuna and eggs.
I make a delicious Chipotle Bacon Chicken and Egg Salad using Greek yogurt instead of mayo. It makes me happy.
I don't measure things well, but I will try.
1 Chicken breast baked and shredded
2 slices of bacon chopped
5-6 hard boiled eggs chopped
1/2 can Chipotle in Adobo sauce --chop up the chilis and pour in some of the sauce
1 large or 2 small jalapenos chopped
1 stalk green onion sliced thin
3/4 cup lowfat plain Greek yogurt (maybe more if it is dry)
salt and pepper to taste.
Mix it all together. It is easy and delicious.0 -

ETA: My main proteins are chicken, beef, pork, eggs and protein powder. Used to have dairy, but turns out I can't tolerate it... Sad day...0 -
