    I don't measure things well, but I will try.

    1 Chicken breast baked and shredded
    2 slices of bacon chopped
    5-6 hard boiled eggs chopped
    1/2 can Chipotle in Adobo sauce --chop up the chilis and pour in some of the sauce
    1 large or 2 small jalapenos chopped
    1 stalk green onion sliced thin
    3/4 cup lowfat plain Greek yogurt (maybe more if it is dry)
    salt and pepper to taste.

    Mix it all together. It is easy and delicious.

    Eggs, lean meat, dairy and whey protein powder here. Also nuts (and nut butters) and beans to a degree, but not as much so due to the carb count in the beans, and the sheer number of calories in the nuts.

    ETA: My main proteins are chicken, beef, pork, eggs and protein powder. Used to have dairy, but turns out I can't tolerate it... Sad day...
