I am setting mini goals for myself.... my ultimate is probably 130. But for now I'd like to make it to 150. I am currently 190. So I hope splitting my weight loss into two sections would make me feel less overwhelmed. Honestly though, I would be happy between 130 and 150. I've had three kids, and my pre-pregnancy weight…
