Dani, here is a link to do your calculations: http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ Find out your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) number and multiply by 80% (x .80), and this is the number of calories you should eat, which includes your exercise calories. You don't have to track your excercise burns anymore…

Thanks, Liz. It worked, but I had to choose a "canned" ticker. It wouldn't let me crop the photo I usually use for a custom ticker.

When you get the number from TDEE-20%, that is the number of calories you should eat in a day. You don't eat back your exercise calories.
