I had similar symptoms when I was with a personal trainer and he made me stop in my tracks and go to the doctor THAT DAY. I had high blood pressure and didn't even know it. I was 42 at the time. Icy…

At the end of the work day today, I was soooo tired. I really, really, really, REALLY did not feel like going to the gym, but I did. I plugged in my earbuds, put on some Old Skool hard core rap and ran like I was being chased with a gun. I completed W4, D2, and will do W4, D3, on Friday. How are you all doing? I must say,…

-
Thank you, Orphia! How are YOU doing?

Movement is PROGRESS! Beats sitting on the couch!

Outstanding, Loren! I did it too. In order to achieve it, I had to walk at 2.5 and "run" at 3.0. Just glad to have gotten through it. Probably shouldn't have pushed this foot yet, and I will probably pay later on tonight, but I AM GLAD WE DID IT!

I pulled out a pair of jeans that were giving me a muffin top last fall. Wore them comfortably yesterday and got my first inquiries as to have I lost any weight. Nice that people are starting to notice my effort (even though it's hard for me to "see").
-
Glad we are all here for each other! I agree, Loren!
-
But, you ARE doing it! Congrats, Di!
-
I couldn't do it today...Tried but the foot is still sore...Congrats to all who made it through! Tomorrow starts Week 4!
-
Thanks! I am doing W3, D3 on Sunday, whether this foot is still on my body or not! I may have to resort to hopping, but I am NOT going to lose momentum! ;)
-
Welcome! We are very glad to have you! Where are you in the C25K program? Or, are you just starting? Let us know if you have any questions or concerns! Happy wogging! Dee :)

You go, girl! I have to wait until Sunday to do W3, D3, because I missed the last two stairs when I was going down to the kitchen last night (to do LAUNDRY, not EAT ;) )...My foot is killing me. You and I are at the same point. Others may be, but you, Mangsney and I are the only ones posting about our progress. Would love…

1. Being in denial and, waiting so long to do something about it. 2. Wasting the first 85 days after joining MFP (today is Day 95, and it took this long to get serious).
-
Same here. Maybe my bag of bones is adjusting. I did walk an extra 15 minutes after finishing last night!
-
@Mangsney - "Shark Week"...I LOVE IT...Laughing at the term...not that you feel like death warmed over. :)

@laurainottawa, welcome to the group!

I'm a pronator, so Saucony serves me best.

Thanks, Loren! It is getting harder!

I did it! W3, D2 kicked my *kitten*! I am scared s***less about Week 4. Fortunately, I still have another day of Week 3!

First of all, congratulations on the weight loss and being SMOKE FREE...You have made some major accomplishments. 1. How many calories did you shoot for in a day for this great weight loss? 2. Also, what was your favorite form of exercise -- that which you did most often to lose your weight. I want to be just like YOU when…

You can say that again...and again..and again..that's the TRUTH!
