Not sure if you've seen this already, but agirlcalledjack.com is a great blog, picked up by The Guardian from a woman feeding her child with meals usually under £1. She has some great recipes, and an inspiring story: http://agirlcalledjack.com/category/recipes-food-etc/page/1/

I've put on 4lbs over the course of one Indian meal. My, that was a good meal... So I'm expecting to put some weight on this Christmas - although I'm hoping that by exercising as much as I can, I'll reduce the damage a little. Here's to hitting the gym hard in January!

Hello! I'm Hannah, from Cambridge. I am so bad at sticking to healthy eating, but I like exercise. Just not as much as I like bad food. I'm at the beginning of my weight loss journey and I want to get back down to a size 10 and my goal weight is 9 stone 6lbs and I have 2 stone 2lbs to go. One pound down!

I thought it was just me! Haha. I'm all about the stomach. I honestly think I could be mistaken for pregnant if I didn't dress carefully. I also dislike my upper arms, shoulders and back right now. I've never had back fat before. BACK FAT, BEGONE!

I hear you! When I'm slim, I'm an hourglass, but weight piles onto my hips and midsection. I love my bum - it's round and... buoyant! And easy to tone. I like my legs. I like my waist and my lower arms. I like my face - it's not perfect, but it's mine. Love this thread idea!
