Hi there and sorry you are going through a difficult time. I'm inclined to agree with all the other posters. A combination of talking to your psyciatrist and doing a bit of exercise might help. There's a really good deodorant available here in Ireland called Perspirex. You use it for a few days and then you just have to use it one a week. I found it good. I use it for underarms but I'm sure you could use it anywhere. Other than that, I'd say wear a long t shirt. Hope that helps x

I found 1200 a bit low. i'm 5 ft 7.5 and started here at 163 pounds so I moved up to 1350 and it suits me better.

I'm very impressed with all your answers and thanks for sharing! At the moment I'm not saving as there always seems to be a bill but I would like to start soon. I've also stopped buying clothes as I want to save. As I lose a bit of weight I will have more things in my wardrobe that fit me.
