Just made this for lunch. I died

I made a recipe I found here on the forum: creamy avocado and roasted tomatoes pasta, with grilled shrimps. I think I just died and went to heaven. 450 calories of healthy goodness for a nice serving

Chocolate Covered Katie's website will become your best friend then! She makes delicious healthier versions of classic desserts. I am also a "bake-aholic" and her blog has REALLY helped me to keep my hobby without gaining pounds

Oatmeal. Stove-top, baked, refrigerator... Can't get enough of the endless possibilities and I REALLY look forward to it every morning. Oh and healthier desserts recipes from Chocolate Covered Katie's website. I can't stop baking, been trying so many of them all week....

Chicken mango and broccoli stir-fry (with lots of good spices) and coconut rice. Perfect friday night treat!

I am on the same boat! What I do is I have fruits or yogurt with fruits, to finish on something sweet. I also bake a lot of healthier versions of my favorite desserts, using the recipes on the awesome Chocolate Covered Katie website! Then I will have one small portion of that, to calm my sweet tooth. It really helps! And…

No I'm pretty sure it's one half and one egg only. A whole avocado is around 300 calories by itself.

Haha I know right?! I usually go down to the end of the page and scroll up to see new posts and it's gotten to the point that, just by seeing 1/2 of the picture, I KNOW that's his meal... Devilishly delicious looking food. His posts are the definition of temptation :P

Just made this. With maple syrup instead of brown sugar. Oh my goodness it's good!!!
-
walking might not be enough exercise for you. You should try getting some higher intensity cardio to burn calories
-
Yes too small on top, you won't be comfortable

1 month 'til Costa Rica! Time to push harder than ever to get bikini-ready!!
-
Ah yes actually I just checked, I guess the MFP nutritional info for the maple syrup I had selected was wrong. It is indeed 14g of carbs and not 56 for one tablespoon! Thank you! :)
-
No no the difference I'm concerned about is in the carbohydrates, not the calories!

My diary is open. I rarely go over 1200 calories, with the exception of about two "off" days a week (which themselves never exceed 1500 cals)

I get the Quaker large flake oats, they are not instant nor quick, just regular rolled oats. Oh and by the way, if you plan on eating oatmeal regularly, this website will become your best friend: http://theoatmealartist.blogspot.co.uk/p/recipe-index.html

No I don't have any problem with lactose and I do enjoy milk. It's just that the recipe called for coconut milk, to give the taste and texture. I have also tried almond milk, but I do not love soymilk. I usually make my oatmeal with 1% regular milk.

You sir shouldn't be allowed to post on this thread... Just kidding! It's just that your meals look so damn tempting but I know for a fact that I will never burn as much calories as you do to allow myself this kind of food on a regular basis... :grumble:

bump, to try

Hi! I am also 5'4" and I try to get 1200 cals a day. It is a little lower than you but you can add me if you want :) We can share tips etc

Yes, this pizza is basically a cheesecake...
