Knowing how I looked and felt before I started losing weight and eating better. I never want to end up like that again. That, and I'd love for my kid/kids in the future to refer to their dad as "Superman" :tongue:

I agree, finding something close/simular is your best bet. I tend to choose what may have slightly more calories, just in case. Keeps me from going over my calories. Also, that looks really freaking good about now.

M&Ms, Sweet and Sour Twizzlers, any sort of gummy candy.

If I need calories before bed, a few tablespoons of Smucker's natural peanut butter hits the spot. God, I love that stuff.
