It syncs to your fitbit account which you can get to automatically link to MFP. In the blue bar at the top of the screen click on app. and go to fitbit. and follow the destructions :wink:

LOL sorry I meant losing that much. My muscle mass is about 170lbs at the moment. so no it would not be possible to have that as my goal. I am aiming to be between 190 and 200lbs.

Hi My goal is a total of 47kgs (about 103lbs) I use herbalife but its pretty expensive here so I Only use it as a breakfast shake. Feel free to add me.

On 06/11/2013 Calories goal (including 1266 Kcal from exercise) 3066 Total Calories in 822 Remaining 2244 On 07/11/2013 Calories goal (including 1023 Kcal from exercise) 2823 Total Calories in 686 Remaining 2137 Got this from my MFP dairy. does it shed more light?
