My ultimate goal is to hover in the 130s. I've reached the 140s before and looked nice, but I'd like to push for 130-135 to not be considered overweight.

October 24th I was born. That's a pretty big deal. ;)

Do you tend to phase eat, where you eat pretty much the same thing every day? I do that, and when I have sweets for a couple days it's very hard not to have them again. When I get back on track I'll crave it for a few days after I resume toeing the line. It's like my body thinks that because I was eating ice cream every…

You can add me too. I log in daily, and find having an accountability partner makes it easier and more fun to stick with it.:)

I usually binge when I'm stressed and especially around exam time. I counter it with lots of water. It fills me up and makes the idea of eating anything on top of a stomach full of water unappealing.

First off, relax. Unless you were eating buttercream icing straight from one of those 5 gallon bakery buckets, or indulging in whole sticks of deep fried butter I don't think it's possible to gain 4 pounds of true weight in 2 days. With 3,500 calories in a pound you would have had to have consumed an additional 7,000…

I've done Slimfast in the past and while I've seen modest weight loss with it I almost always gained back whatever I lost plus a little when I resumed normal eating habits. I personally have problems maintaining on plans like Slimfast and Medifast. While I would usually do great on plan once I lost the desired amount of…

I'm right on the short end of average myself, and people often tease me for being short. It used to bother me until one day I realized that my short stature makes me cute, and that most average sized guys find the fact that they are 6 to 8 inches taller than me appealing rather than a turn off. Think of your height as an…

Great job! You look awesome. I hope to look half as good when I finally make it back down there. :)

I'm by no means an expert, but I've heard good things about yoga helping get that longer, leaner look. Might apply to bulky muscle on thighs as well, worth a shot.

This. My roommates will go in the restroom and use my scale and if they move it even an inch from where I have it next time I weigh in it will show gains/losses up to 2 lbs. I have to keep it in the exact same spot all the time to get an accurate reading. That said I'd also had the rapid fluctuation thing happen too, and…

I dont mind losing the boobs honestly, I've always been chesty, but I've always been overweight too. Even when I was in the 140s at the peak of my weight loss I wore a 34 C. Will be interesting to see what size cup I have when I reach my ultimate goal of about 130. :O

I can name them, but I do have trouble picking some of them out on a blank map.

My weight fluctuates like crazy because I tend to retain water. I can struggle with a pair of jeans one day only to have then to fit the next day... and then within a few days they will fit tightly again. That said, if I walk every day, eat sensibly drink more water and cut out salty stuff I definitely notice a difference…

I noticed a big surge in friskiness when I lost 30 lbs back in '11... too bad I gradually gained it back :/ I think for me it was about confidence. I thought I looked great and that made me feel more confident and carry myself differently, which in turn made me look even better and so on and so on.

I'd be glad to cheer you on. You can do it! :)

I used to loathe fruits and vegetables, but I found that trying variants on things helped immensely. I hated apples with every fiber of my being, until I tried Opals which are one of my new favorite snacks. I hate oranges, but I like tangelos. Celery is yuck, but sliced bell peppers are okay. I just try to find a…
