I am so sorry. No one can say anything that would magically make you feel better about this. Time heals all wounds. Hang in there.

That was a fantastic answer. I couldn't have said it better myself......

The funny thing is that I really wasn't that bad. I only went over by one slice of pizza and an individual pack of fig newton cookies. I am such a glutton, aren't I? ;)

I don't work out at a gym right now, but I live in Sewell. :) I just finished the 30 day Shred, and currently doing some Step Aerobics at home. I am waiting for Insanity to come in the mail!

Yuck. I had that done last year. The procedure alone is fine, but the prep stinks! I hated the 2 day clear diet. I drank a lot of broth. Ate jello. Sherbet. That is about it. If I recall, tea was fine but no cream. Good luck!

I went through 2 weeks exactly where you are. 165-170, depending on the time of day. Today I weighed in at 163. Knowing my body, for the next week I will weigh in between 163-166. Sometimes your body takes a week (or two) to "settle in" to the new weight. That is strictly my theory based on my results. Just stay the course…

The same thing happened to me. But I did start losing again. The Shred is not a high calorie burner, it is for toning and muscle definition. It will burn fat and build muscle at the same time so you may not see the weight fall off, but you should see the results in the mirror and on the tape measure. Stick to your diet and…

I am on level 3! It kicks my butt, and my heart is racing so that is why I don't understand it.

I guess I should have posted this in the motivation board, sorry!

I don't have all the answers, but 3000 calories in the grand scheme of things is easy to overcome. Just move on and start today with a fresh attitude. You may not acquire a loss this week but by next week you will be back on track. Just concentrate on maintaining your calorie goal and try to incorporate some extra calorie…

I am in! I started on January 18th, weighing 180lbs. My ultimate goal is 35lbs by June 1st. I also lost 10lbs in the first month, but my second month has been off to a slow weight loss start, but I also am 15 days into the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I might be gaining some muscle mass which could account for the lack…
