  • I want to be in One-der-land!!! I'm too far to be there in 100 days but i will surely be closer. What are your plans to get to One-der-land? For me my biggest commitment goal is being under calorie goal every day and then burning at least 300 calories every day.

  • i've not been on a slimfst diet, but i have used slimfast as a suplemental meal when i dodn't have time to cook or im on the go or as an after workout drink.
