If it fits your macros then I don't see any harm in having a small treat daily. I end every day with a small piece of chocolate, and I still lose weight. It personally helps me stay on track - and keep my sanity. This is the lifestyle I choose. Life is too short to forgo the things you enjoy! :)

My weight loss has been following the same kind of trend. The majority of my loss occurs on the days following my period (I don't gain during it either)!

Thanks for your thoughts, ms_leanne :smile: Unfortunately I'm not actively partaking in any kind of fitness routine at the moment, so it does not appear to be an issue of exercise calories. :frown:
