I have so far lost 22 pounds. I'm 5'7" and my start weight was within 5 pounds of yours. I have went down a size in tops and about a size or two in pants. Diet changes only, no exercise yet.

I used to have a lot of pain from it but once I started wearing inserts in my shoes it hasn't bothered me much since. They make braces you can wear to sleep in that stretches the foot to alleviate that pain and also stretching exercises help, you can find some online for p.f. just google it, hope you find relief soon :)

I am a stress eater also and sometimes I am successful and overcome the temptation by drinking a cup of hot tea with splenda and fat free creamer which is very low calorie and filling.....try low calorie drinks, it might fill you up and keep you from eating...

The whole point to knowing your BMR is to create a deficit either by reducing caloric intake with food or exercise,,,,,the only way to lose weight is to create a deficit. If you -500 a day then after 7 days=3,500....1 pound consists of 3,500 calories

Also I can't really exactly how many years it's been since I drank pop! I used to drink Dr. Pepper every day then I switched to Diet Dr. Pepper and finally quit them all together, gosh, it's probably been 4 years!!! wow I don't miss all that bloating and belching either :drinker: lol

I finally got rid of my size 2-8's last year now that leaves me with 9-14's; I would love to get back to a 6 but I'll definitely be happy with anything out of double digits :)

I don't see any water recorded, you must drink lots of water to keep from retaining fluid....the more you drink, the more fat/toxins/waste that your body flushes out,,,adequate water intake is key to weight loss
