I use my HRM. I burn about 185 calories each time.

I finished day 6 today. After day 2 I was seeing a positive change in my body already. I really enjoy it. You work hard for only 20 minutes. The moves are getting easier every day too!

Well today was a train wreck. I knew my MIL was making lasagna. I checked the database and found a lasagna that was 5.5 oz for a serving and about 380 calories for it. I've been told if it doesn't have sodium you can count it as water. Many of the Crystal Light mixes are like that but SOME DO have sodium

I almost think the number for me isn't as important as getting my eating in check. I already blew it at lunch here at my in laws because it was going to be higher than I expected so I said "screw it" and had more than I was planning. I need to get over this "all or nothing" feeling towards food...:grumble:

It honestly depends on the day for me if my weight's up or down after my shower. I always step on the scale before the shower and sometimes after. Some days higher, some days lower. My hair's too short to make much difference there.
