Starting over because my weight has been creeping up for months now Starting Weight: 215.2 Current Weight: 214.8 30 lb Goal: 185 More than a number I need to get my eating in check. I have to learn how to say no to food!

I would like to join too! I have gained about 25 lbs of my weight back and need to get it off before I end up where I started from! I would be about 185 with a 30 lb. loss. Would anyone like to start a group? Might be easier than following 1 big board. Just a thought! :)

I'm in too! I was in a very similar group last year and made it to ONEderland but really tapered off after that and now I'm about 215. I need to get back to it!

Just made it with what I had in the house. Mocha Cappuccino hot chocolate and Trader Joes Sunflower Butter with the oats. If it's good I can try a lower cal hot chocolate. Thanks for the recipe! :)
