This is great, ironically if i loose 30lbs i'll 125, perfect weight for my height & age! Awesome to have loads of people that want to do the same goal, push myself harder ! Count me in !

So my tickler is right back to 180 lbs and no loss..thats because I was 179 before I gain some weight back. So now I have to work hard to get that tickler to read lbs. lost. So excited to have a group of motivating people. We will do this...we will beat the weight so it doesnt come back.0

I am in I have more than 30 lb to lose - a lot more but 30 lb is my first goal. I don't know what time scale everyone is looking at ...... I need to lose 30lb by May but would love to lose it quicker. My birthday is the 29th of January - 2lb a week would get me there by then.
I am aiming around 1500 Calories per day and just joined a gym today with my first personal trainer session on Thursday. My diary is open to friends if anyone on this challenge wants to add me.

Carol ...Welcome aboard. I love knowing that you have a personal trainer to beat this weight. I have one two and trust me I am dreading it. Today is my 4th session and I am in pain. But I figure if I commit myself to a trainer I will definitely show up 3x a week.0

Good for everyone joining the challenge!
This is me checking in today. I was having a mini challenge with myself, to see if I could last a month without weighing myself. Well I kind of given up on it. I feel even less motivated (doesnt help with the cold weather either.). I feel better weighing myself once a week, so I think I'm going to start back weighing myself Monday mornings like I did before. So this coming monday, I'm weighing in!! lol.
So how is everyone else doing?0 -

Yes my feeling is a Pt will keep me accountable while I try to make the gym a habit 3 times a week. I am planning 1 session per week with the trainer coz I know I will have to do my extra sessions or admit I haven't and come up with lame excuses haha.0

I would definitely like to be a part of this group. I am finishing up a Candida detox right now--will be finished on October 27. Even with the stricter program, I am still working hard with MFP also.0

Hello! This sounds like a great place to be for me. I just need to calculate how much 30 lbs is.. ^^; sorry, in my country, we work with kgs ^_^ Oh, okay! For me, I'd like to lose 30 lbs by next March. That'd be just in time for my friend's wedding, at which I'll be one of the bridesmaids On the whole, I'd like to lose about 55 lbs though, which would put me at my healthy bmi
I've just started with MFP about 4 days ago, as well as aiming to work out at the gym about 2 - 3 times a week (and kick boxing) ^^ so not much weight loss yet, but seeing how all of you have worked so hard and seen the results pay off, I'm really motivated!0 -
Ok..the way will keep track of everyone is to have everyone check in everyday and let us know ho you are doing....any challenges or victories..... of course you will weigh in every Monday morning and post your weight.

I would like to join too! I have gained about 25 lbs of my weight back and need to get it off before I end up where I started from! I would be about 185 with a 30 lb. loss.
